The devices of NanoScan series have been entered
in the State Register of Measuring Instruments
NanoScan-4D was tested as a nanohardness tester and a certificate of type approval was obtained.
"NanoScan-4D has been entered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments as a hardness tester under No. 65496-16.
NanoScan-3D was tested as a nanohardness tester and a certificate of type approval was obtained.
"NanoScan-3D has been entered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments as a hardness tester under № 46129-10.

Scanning probe microscopes are registered in the State Register of measuring instruments under №41675-09.
In 2011, we received a certificate of conformity in the system of voluntary certification of nanoindustry products "Nanocertifica".
The department of research of physical and mechanical properties of FSBSI TISNCM has passed the procedure of assessment of compliance with the requirements of the system of voluntary certification of nanoindustry products "Nanocertifica" to testing laboratories (centers) and recognition of technical competence and independence in the field defined by the annex to this certificate.
The metrological service of FSBSI TSINUM is accredited for the right to perform verification of scanning probe microscopes, including NanoScan-3D, which allows the manufactured and operated microscopes to be verified by the manufacturer's own efforts.
The metrological service of FSBSI TSINUM is accredited for the right to certify measurement procedures (methods) and metrological expertise of technical documentation, which allows developing and certifying measurement procedures (methods) according to the specifications of NanoScan-3D SPM users. As of today, 6 measurement procedures were developed and certified using SPM.
